Milan Living 1 is an alternative real estate investment fund, management of which was entrusted to Colliers Global Investors Italy with effect from March 2022. The fund’s first investment is the real-estate complex located on the south side of Milan, near Via Ripamonti, one of the city’s main thoroughfares, which links the city’s outlying southern districts directly to the historical centre.
Development will be guided by ESG criteria, including sustainable construction methods designed to create a positive social impact in the urban landscape of reference.
By creating a high-quality residential solution that corresponds to today’s standards of living, the project seeks to meets the city’s demographic needs.
The areas, acquired in March 2022, are located in Via Lampedusa and cover over 45,000 sqm.
There are nine buildings, partly disused, partly leased for office use. The objective of the project is to recover the area and develop a residential complex with income according to the best international ESG standards.
