Provincia di Roma is a closed-end, reserved alternative real estate mutual fund dedicated to professional investors and entirely subscribed by a public body. The fund’s objective is the disposal of its real estate assets. All the fund’s real estate assets are mixed-use properties located in Rome, in central and highly-valued areas.
Activated in 2012 by BNP Paribas REIM SGR, since September 2018 the Fund is managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy, formerly “Antirion SGR”, after winning the procedure for the award of the public procurement contract issued by the Fund’s sole shareholder for selecting of a new management company.
