Dromos is a closed-end real estate alternative investment fund, fully subscribed by a pan-European investment fund and with a focus on logistics assets with a core plus profile.
Established in June 2023, it formally started operating in December 2023, when it finalised the first acquisition in a 20,000 square metre logistics hub in the province of Vercelli, located near the A4 motorway, between Milan and Turin.
The fund will continue to invest in logistics hubs in Italy, giving preference to assets with a core plus profile.
