The Sub Fund 1 – Gallerie Commerciali (shopping mall) is the result of an agreement between Antirion SGR, now Colliers Global Investors Italy, and the Italian branch of a leading retail group. It currently owns three shopping malls, two in the north and one in the south of Italy.
